Terms & Conditions

We provide web-based software on a subscription basis. Features, limits and prices for each product are shown on that product's website and may change over time; changes do not affect a plan period you have already paid for.

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must be legally able to enter into a contract to use our products.

• Prices are shown at checkout and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise; GST is added where applicable.
• Subscriptions renew for the same period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers such as Cashfree Payments.

You agree not to use our products to:

• break any law or infringe anyone's rights;
• distribute malware, spam, phishing or misleading content, including through QR codes;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to our systems.

We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

You keep ownership of content you create or upload. You give us permission to host and process it only as needed to run the products for you. You are responsible for having the rights to that content.

Our products are digital. Access is provided online immediately after successful payment and account setup; nothing is shipped physically.

Cancellation and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy at /refund-policy.

Our products are provided "as is". We work to keep them available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction.
